The Terms of this Agreement:

Gogo Group Pty Ltd warrants that it has the authority of the copyright owner to grant permission for the use of The Film under the terms of this Agreement.

The Licensee shall not duplicate the Film or reproduce the Film in any part thereof (including by digital or other means to any computer) and shall exhibit the Film without the addition or deletion of any matter.

This License permits the Licensee to exhibit the Film only for non-commercial and/or educational purposes upon premises owned or formally occupied by the Licensee, or in the case of individual persons (as named above) in the homes of his/her family and friends.

Where the Licensee is a college, school, university or other educational institution, the License is granted for one campus only (unless otherwise written herein).

Where the Licensee is an individual person (as named above), the License permits him/her to use the Film only for private viewing and private research (including with family and friends) and it expressly forbids the Licensee to use the Film for any other non-commercial and/or educational purpose whatsoever.

The Licensee shall not make or permit any television showing of the Film or any part thereof.

The Licensee shall not make or permit any showing of the Film or any part thereof in any commercial motion picture theatre or venue where an admission fee is charged. The Licensee shall not cause or permit any part of the Film to be transmitted over the Internet.

The Licensee shall not cause or permit any part of the Film to be incorporated in any other audiovisual work. All rights not specifically granted within this Agreement are retained by Gogo Group Pty Ltd.

In consideration for the License and rights granted to Licensee under this agreement, the Licensee agrees to pay to pay GOGO Group the purchase price of: ……………………..
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is to be made before the shipment of the Film to the Licensee.
